SAFE ARRIVAL IS GUARANTEE. In the event that the fish is dead-on-arrival (D.O.A). Take pictures of the deceased fish IN THE UNOPENED BAG and email them to us immediately. We will refund the cost of any DOA fish, or if available replace the fish for a similar of the same, or better quality of the one it was purchased. There is No Refund on shipping charges, and if the fish is replaced the buyer has to pay for the shipping charges.

30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In the event that the item you purchased arrive broken, not working, or if you’re not satisfied for any reason and want to return it for a refund, or replacement, please contact-us and we will give you instructions how to return the item for a replacement, or refund.
